If you want the final report card mailed home, you need to do the following.

¨      Bring in a self addressed stamped envelope

¨      The envelope must be legal sized and have the proper postage (42 cents)

¨      The envelope should have the student’s name and grade level on it. If just the parent’s name is given, we won’t know who the student is.

¨      Envelopes can be turned into the front office or to a teacher. Please give any envelopes you get from students to the appropriate grade level counselor.

If they do not bring in an envelope, then report cards can be picked up in the front office after June 16th.

Please make sure they print their name and address. Kids give us names of parents and its different from theirs. I want to know the kids name so I can send the report card home. If the parent puts their name on it have them put who the kid is if the parents name is different.  We had that problem alto last year with parents names different from the kids names so then we never mail home the report card.  NO SMALL ENVELOPE> LEGAL ONLY OR it won’t get mailed home.

Thanks a bunch. We have been trying to tell them if they owe a book or fine , they won’t get their report card mailed home. They will have to come in and pick it up and pay first.
